Epoch Capital is an innovative derivative-trading firm that happily had no brand identity in its early years. However, as the rapidly expanding company started diversifying to include education services, it needed to communicate its standards to others.
We undertook a brand alignment workshop with the company’s directors to discover their shared values and opinions.
We then audited the brand and its name before widening these findings to the rest of the company. As part of this vital process, we discovered that the Epoch team was already emotionally invested in their company name, which enabled us to build an identity around this powerful existing equity.
While the company was outwardly enigmatic and technology-focused, it was also hugely ethical. Based on this knowledge, we developed a new identity in keeping with its style of a global network.
