First, we immersed ourselves in the Healthcare commissioning industry, then ran a goalpost alignment workshop. We defined Rebbeck’s purpose, vision, positioning and values to build clarity on how we articulated Rebbeck to the wider world in a consistent way.
We found that Rebbeck shared a common brand enemy with their people within the healthcare industry that being the bureaucratic process slowing or even stopping change. Instead acknowledging the gradual, measurable and real process of change to personified in Rebbeck’s new brand promise of “reshaping” healthcare. This formed the basis for the new Rebbeck icon, which was consistently reinforced through our range of designed communications.
