First, we immersed ourselves in the Healthcare commissioning industry, then ran a goalpost alignment workshop. We defined Rebbeck’s purpose, vision, positioning and values to build clarity on how we consistently articulated Rebbeck to the wider world.
We found that Rebbeck shared a common brand enemy with their people within the healthcare industry which is the bureaucratic process of slowing or even stopping change. Instead acknowledging the gradual, measurable and real process of change to personified in Rebbeck’s new brand promise of “reshaping” healthcare. This formed the basis for the new Rebbeck icon, consistently reinforced through our range of designed communications.
